Welcome to "Learning About African American Hairstyles'!

I'm starting this blog as a way to share what I learn about African American hairstyles, products and accessories. I adopted my daughter, Sophia, at birth -- her hair has always been her crowing glory and I'm working hard to keep it that way. To make that happen, I'm school myself in sytles, products, regimens and accessories. I've found some great information, but it's not as consolidated as I would've hoped. So I've started this blog as a way to organize information and resources for myself and to share what I learn with others!
